Building applications are to be handled by Lands Planning in Alice Springs.

Entrances/driveways
Property owners wishing to construct entranceways/driveways to their properties are required to obtain the approval of the Manager of Technical Services.

Planting on nature strips
Trees and / or plants may be planted on the nature strips by residents providing that they accept responsibility for maintenance.
The species and position must be approved by the manager of Techincal Services.
