• Maintain footpaths and walkways to acceptable standards.
• Maintain and improve road signs and other traffic management facilities.
• Maintain and provide appropriate public conveniences.
• Maintain and upgrade the cemetery.
• Maintain adequate licencing and records related to the cemetery.
