Skate Park

In January 2004 the Town Council received a grant of $13,280 from the Office of Crime Prevention and a grant of $2,200 from the Office of Youth Affairs for the installation of a Mobile Skate Park to be placed in the Swimming Centre grounds for all to use.

The Skate Park was officially opened on the 4th April 2004 by Barkly MLA Elliot McAdam.

The park is open 24 hours.

Access is through a gate on Ambrose Street.
